【Exhibition Overview】
CHINAPLAS 2012 officially opened its doors to the public on April 18th on a greater scale than ever; consisting of 25 halls with participation from Taiwan, Germany, United States, Italy, and 12 other international countries. The exhibition attracted over 110,000 visitors and buyers which far exceeds the previous CHINAPLAS 2010 held in Shanghai.
The moment 9AM approached on the opening day, large numbers of exhibitors began lining up to enter the exhibition hall. At the same time, crowds of buyers and visitors from all over the world are eagerly awaiting their turns to enter the exhibition hall. This year, led by TAMI - Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry, there are over 100 renowned Taiwanese companies from various fields exhibiting; most of which are located in Hall E6. Upon entering the exhibit hall, all the booths are packed with international buyers inquiring and interacting with Taiwan exhibitors. Asia Machinery.net was able to survey numerous Taiwanese exhibitors regarding their progress at CHINAPLAS 2012.

We’ve exhibited at CHINAPLAS 13 times, and this year we’ve brought the T-Shirt Bag Making Machine HM-1000DT. This is a special design of pratical type T-Shirt bag making machine, operating in fully automatic system with Max production speed of 300pcs/line = 600 pcs/min.
Through this exhibition, we would like everyone to be more familiar with Hemgingstone by operating the machines onsite and allow buyers to know the quality of service we can offer. Besides meeting with our original clients, we’ve also met with other international buyers during this exhibition which has exceeded our expectations and allowed Hemingstone to take a further step into the global market.

This is our second time participating at the exhibition. Our main exhibit equipment is the SPM Compact Synchronous Servo Motor. Compared to other servo motors, the SPM Compact Synchronous Servo Motor can provide high precision, low inertia design, high reflection and low torque for increased efficiency performance.
Cheng Chang Machine Electronic Corp has been an export oriented company for over 20 years, and through this exhibition we’ve gotten in touch with many overseas buyers mainly from Japan, Iran and Brazil. Moreover, our exhibit plan for the first half of the year has come to an end. Followed closely by the second half of the year we will be committing to exhibit in Taiwan at TAIPEI PLAS from Sep.21~25 and TMTS from Nov.07~11. We hope that Cheng Chang‘s popularity will continue to step into the next stage.

Asari Plastic Corporation mainly produces various zipper profiles, PP/PE zipper profile extruders, PP/PE zipper film blow lines, multilayer extruders, recycling machines, zipper bag making machine with attachment unit, and various whole plant equipments.
Asari has participated in CHINAPLAS 4 times, and we are mainly promoting our latest equipment the PP High Speed Zipper Film Blown Machine – APZ. Through this exhibition, many of our clients are very happy to see us. Moreover, numerous European and American buyers are extremely interested in this APZ machine after seeing it’s performance.
Asia Machinery.net has cooperated with us for a long time. This year we saw new innovations and changes different from the past. We hope that they will continue to pursue new innovations and continue to shine in the plastics industry. |

This is the 8th time that King Ultrasonic Co., Ltd. has participated in CHINAPLAS. Our main exhibit purpose is to promote our KWV 0935-A Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine; below are its 9 characteristics:
- Auto tuning frequency control.
- Resonance frequency range protection.
- Start-up automatic low-voltage self-checking system.
- MOS-FET power control.
- Frequency counter.
- Overload protector and buzzer.
- Resonance frequency compensation in loading and no-loading.
- Resonance frequency display.
- Power LED variable adjustment.
We clearly see that there are more buyers compared to last year, of which the amount of overseas buyers meets our expectation. Attending exhibition is to attract additional overseas buyers for us, thus we are very optimistic about the result of the exhibition and hope to follow-up with potential buyers we’ve met during the exhibition.
We’ve cooperated with Chan Chao International for many years regardless of exhibitions or advertisements. Their special visit has pleased us and we encourage their continuous efforts. |

SUN LUNG GEAR has participated in this exhibition 6 times up until this year. Since 2011, we’ve expanded our exhibit scale and succeeded in letting SUN LUNG GEAR WORKS brand to become well-known within the industry, sales has been better than ever and we’ve sold over 15,000 gear box globally.
During CHINAPLAS 2012, we’ve introduced the High Torque Co-rotating Twin-Screw Extruder Gear Box for the very first time. Not only did it attract buyers from numerous emerging countries such as Iran, India, Turkey, Thailand, and Indonesia, it also attracted global brands such as Krauss Maffei’s interest to discuss cooperation with us. This has proven that SUN LUNG’s product quality and innovation has captured global brands recognition, and more importantly a great honor as a Taiwanese enterprise.
Following CHINAPLAS 2012, SUN LUNG GEAR will continue to participate in the following 4 international exhibition to expand in the global market. We’re looking forward to provide quality product and aftersales service to our clients around the world.

These four days went by in a blink of an eye. Every exhibitor gave it their all to get orders, and what we saw isn’t just companies generating lots of sales, but a collaborative group promoting the Taiwan brand. The Taiwan Pavilion marked a perfect ending on April 21, 2012 and we eagerly look forward to the coming of May 20, 2013, where these renowned companies will once again write another exciting page for Taiwan. |
