Detail:
Vertical sealing: vertical bag sealing, it can be adjusted the height of working table, suitable for packing powder or liquid article.
Pneumatic control: preparing the compressor (capacity up to 5~6kg/cm2), tread the foot switch to start sealing operation, the unit will start to seal the bags as per pre-setting automatically.
Impulse sealing: do not need to wait the warm up time.
Sealing time control: sealing and different bag materials, the sealing and cooling time should be adjusted accordingly to get the perfect sealing.
Safe device: the monitor shows the sealing temperature during the sealing operation, the self-control function will cut off power after the sealing temperature reaching to the inside setting automatically.
Cooling device of sealing bar: it can lower the temperature of sealing bar and keeps the sealing efficiency as well as quality.
