Characteristics

 

AUTOMATIC LADLE:
1. Single arm construction. Extremely fast and smooth motions.
2. Two frequency inverters control provides a perfect match between the arm and the ladle operations.
3. The brake motor combined with the frequency inverter and rectifier control arm operations assures extremely stable and smooth motions.
4. The chain transmitted ladle is free from oil leakage and easy to maintain.
5. Suitable for use on a horizontal or vertical die casting machine.

AUTOMATIC PISTON LUBRICATION DEVICE:
1. Oil dripping and blowing can be selected.
2. Separated control box with control panel for operation convenience.
3. Equipred with a special quantitive pump for stable oil dripping with minimum trouble performance.
