Specifications
￭ Rotary-Washer
1.This machine is designed for cleaning types of ampoule and general bottles.
2. The machine has a rotating disc, the bottles are put at the front bottle cap and carried into the washing room by the disc. The bottles are washed by two or three kinds of water and the water will be taken away by compressed air in the end. Then the bottle is brought to the front of washing room. Remove the bottle and the whole process is finished.
￭ Air Cleaner
1. Fit for the bottles of various capacity by changing the cases and use compressed air to take away particles which will also be exhausted by the blower.
2. Compressed air with high-quality filter and pressure gauge to learn the washing pressure.
3. The machine can optionally equip HMI and PLC control.
4. The machine has a washing timer for setting the spraying time.
￭ Tray Type Bottle Washing Machine
1. Fit for the ampoule and vial of various capacity by replacing the nozzle plate and the plate frame, then the particles will be washed away by powerful stream of water
2. Each lotion with high quality filter and pressure gauge to learn the washing pressure.
3. The machine can optionally equip HMI and PLC control.
5. The machine will stop spraying when the top lid is opened for ensuring safety.
6. Automatically proceed cleaning process when the top lid is closed.
