Application:

Applied to detect vertical canned, bottled, boxed products (Specially designed for vertical product testing)

Main Function:  

Intelligent partition to ensure different areas in the container tested with the best sensitivity; Multi-function, synchronous foreign body detection, bottle cap inspection; Advanced shielding function to ensure the best sensitivity of detection; Defect detection function (filling level check, damaged package check)

Data Exportable: The system is able to export production information into spreadsheet and connect with SPC system. 

Animation Live Feed: The system supports FEMA connection. The animation would completely simulate the actual performance in animated form, makes it easy to track any abnormal activities. 

Auto-save: The system would auto-save pictures of inspection, making it easy to compare.
