Characteristics

- Rotate left or right and then press vertically to achieve clamping.
- For pull-type cylinders, optional angles are 0°, 45°, 60°, and 90°.
- The cylinder body is made of high-grade aluminum alloy with hardening treatment.
- When extending the pressure plate, ensure the G value does not exceed 1.2 times the original specification.
- Install a flow control valve at the oil inlet to control the rotation speed and avoid inertial impacts.
- Ensure the workpiece is clamped within the vertical stroke during downward clamping.
- Clean the piston rod seal area with an air gun to remove any metal debris before each use, preventing debris from embedding into the seal during subsequent uses.
