Characteristics
The ASE-300C is a softgel production machine designed for forming softgel capsules with oils, suspensions, and other liquid or semi-liquid fills. It handles feeding, precise dosing, gel film forming, sealing, lubrication, and cooling in one process. With high filling accuracy, a high yield rate, adjustable speed, stable operation, and easy cleaning, it is well suited for large-scale softgel production.
