Characteristics

The production range of this type of machine is that wire is up to ∮2.6mm and strip is up to 1.2mm. Stroke is 10 tons and press is 2 tons. It can produce different kinds of computer splinters, electrical parts, appliance accessories and hardware parts and so on. It uses press and slides to do multi-direction machining process and forming part can be finished at a time. Therefore, its high speed production, high precision, less waste can solve the continuous press problem.
