Application:
The Plastic Filter is an equipment which is used to filter the plasticized materials. Pouring the raw material into the hopper, during the process of rolling, the impurities in the raw materials (such as iron scrap, gravel) filter away and to promote the uniform plasticization of the plastics. It’s in order to guarantee the safety of the calender roller. The stable production process greatly increased the yield.

◆Screw: 38 CrMoAl , Viaing nitride, chrome, durable.
◆Barrel: Using high-quality special-steel by nitriding, durable.
◆Mo head: Double-Mo head is rapid to replace, Opening Mo by hydraulic, it drives quickly ,time-saving and safely.
◆Gear box: It’s also known as the reducer, used to reduce the motor speed.
◆Electrical control system: Select the first-line brand inverter in the domestic, to improve utilization of resource, safety and energy saving.
◆Heating direction: Refuel the heating conduction oil, divide the material tube into three section, including the Mo head.
