TURBO Super-Soft suitable for continuous Tumbling&Drying of Woven/Knitted Fabric between 200-1200g/m2.
Especially for terry fabric.Super-soft treatment to fabric achieves Perfect hand feel and best shrinkage result.
TURBO also offers tumble effect to knit fabric to replace drum tumbler.
1.TURBO drying chambers are specially designed for interchangeable forwarding of fabric,the fabric was tumbled and transmitted by hot air forwarding and reversing.Both side of fabric are fully treated so that Super-soft hand feel and best shrinkage result are achieved.
2.The fabric storage chamber keeps Forward-Reverse of fabric continuously.Capacity and stored time are adjustable to keep sufficient tumbling for even high efficiency production.
3.Lint suction blower system working continuously to keep clean for fabric.
4.Fabric Loading and unloading are controlled by centering device and stretcher for easy operation.
5.Chemical padder is available upon request or client.
