Characteristics

The Pile Loop Cut Knitting Machine is also named the High Pile Knitting Machine. Its main advantage is the fabric loop will be cut by a cylinder knife needle during the knitting procedure. This will reduce the waste of yarn material and greatly save the production cost. The pile high ranges on this machine areas follows: Short-pile（16~36 mm）, and Medium-pile（36~50mm）.The knitting after dying and finishing etc. process, coral, vermicelli, pearl, attraction, snow, ice crystal, plush, rice. flour, peacock, fireworks, upright feather velvet are possibly made. An optional part, the Lycra feeding unit, can be installed on this machine to make high quality elastic fabrics.
