Characteristics
1. Shortens manufacturing procedures not need to pass through for the dovetailing
process.
2. Equipped with a massive upper plate supplies powerful hydraulic pressure, with
which presses each part of wood board to make even the most crooked pieces of
wood flat.
3. Due to the flatness it was made, there’s no need to pass through double side
planer processing. Substantially reduce wood loss.
4. Equipped with side automatic inlet and outlet feeding table system for continuous
and mass production.
5. Top quality wood board is manufactured by the way of glue cured and completely
hardened glue joins with High Frequency heating at the mean time.
6. Control system can be design as PLC system, full automatic process more
convenient.
7. In feed and out feed can act in concert with conveyor as the process is continuous,
and will be more smooth.
