Equipped with UPS, which maintains the memory of program and knitting action if temporary electric power termination happens.When the power is restored, machine can continue knitting to reduce the loss or wastage.
Elastic yarn feeding is controlled by elastic stepping motor for varying course size on the same sock.Elastic yarn feed is for two colors.
Automatic lubrication system.The oil injection is controlled by penumatic system.
Stitch quality, speed, course length, size, quantity, chain steps, pattern...etc., can be controlled and altered from the panel of machine control box.
LCD allows the operator to easily supervise knitting conditions including: error messages, stop signals, production quantities, cylinder speed and so on.Languages are available for Chinese, English, Spanish, ltalian, lndonesia and Turkish language for users to operate.
