Dunhua Yalian Machinery Co., Ltd can produce the SBP series of continuous roller press and DBP series of continuous flat press .The SBP series of continuous roller press is suitable for the production of 2.0---6.0mm thick MDF and panelboard ,the throughput is80000--500000M3/a.the DBP series of continuous flat press is suitable for the production of 2.0—32mm thick panelboard ,MDF and HDF with the capacity of 80,000—350,000 m3 per year .
Company profile
Established in 2003 Yalian machinery Co. Ltd which is located in Dunhua city, Jilin province, is specialized in the development of the production technology and the manufacture of the machinery for the production of Panelboard i.e. MDF, HDF and Particleboard. Yalian successfully developed the SBP series of continuous roller press which is in the second generation of this type. It created the new era of manufacturing this type of press in China. In 2009 Yalian was certified the “NEW PRODUCT OF CONTINUOUS ROLLER PRESS” by the authorities. In 2008 Yalian developed another type of press i.e. the DBP series of continuous flat press .It’s suitable for new lines established .
Yalian has paid attentions to the production, technology and the quality assurance. Up to now Yalian has obtained 8 design patents and 6 invention patents. Yalian will insist the principle of “Customer first, Quality first, Good faith first”, to contribute more to the Panelboard industry .
