Characteristics

Good Flexometer uses a definite compressive load is applied to a test specimen through a lever system having high inertia, while imposing on the specimen an additional high-frequency cyclic compression of definite amplitude.
This machine can be used to compare the fatigue characteristic and heat-generation ratio between different vulcanized rubber compounds under dynamic compressive load.
By comparing the change in high with observed permanent set after test, the degree of stiffness (or softening) of the test specimen may be estimated.

Specifications

The chang in height of test specimen can be measured and displyed continuously during flexure.
Our software provides with 8 grades of area curve enlargement function and to accurately record changes in compression.
60 deformation testing data can be recorded per second under 1800 rpm.
