Characteristics
There are three crucial elements of abrasive flow machining, which are the performance of machine, the choice of abrasive media and jig design. Among them, the choice of abrasive media has played the most important role. In 2007, we developed our own viscoelastic abrasive media and applied to abrasive flow machining. From extraction of raw materials, reacted vector element, and final abrasive media, everything involved is completed in Taiwan. In addition, the abrasive media can be manufactured with different hardness and also with different grinding materials such as silicon carbide, CBN, diamond, alumina and so on. We can proceed with production according to customers’ requirements.
