Characteristics

The machine is a specially designed multifunctional fiber stuffing machine which can stuff various packing material, such as fiber cotton, froth rubber granule, plastic rubber granule, down feather, duck feather, and break sponge etc. at the fixed time with fixed quantity. In addition, it can mix fiber cotton with any other packing material. With the latest Hi-tech, the machine is applicable to the stuffing products such as toy, sofa, bedding article,vehicle decoration, pillow and Down jacket etc. Moreover, it just covers no more than 0.6 m2 and has low power consumption, which can save over 50% of electricity comparing to the similar products. Without starting the machine, it still can stuff froth rubber granule or plastic rubber granule and the output of electricity on this work is similar to that on a common energy-saving bulb.
