Introduction of MDF:
With its merits of smooth surface,uniform core layer and superior performance of machine,medium density fiberboard(MDF) is widely used as an ideal substitute for natural timer.
Introduction of our machine:
1 Forming machine adopts most advanced mechanical forming with vacuumize theory and also add length and capacity of forming machine.
2 The frame of press are made by professional large type gantry milling machine and the three datum plane for press frame is fixed and milled at same time and guarantee process precision of three datum plane and guarantee vertical precision between cylinder and datum plane and will not cause oil leakage due to single damage of cylinder sealing.
3 Hot pressing plates are made of high quality 16 Mn materials.
4 The key parts of synchronizing close structure of press are processed in machining center and adopt cylinder type to guarantee synchronization of close.
5 Whole MDF line adopt central control and section site control integrated mode. It is easy for operation.
