Hardended & Ground C3 Double-Nut ballscrews(50mm) are pre-tensioned to minimize backlash, provide high precision movement, and reduce heat deformation on all axes.
6 solid ways are on a One-piece Base instead of two supporting ways connecting to the main base, which provides more regidity under heavy duty machining. Standard with two auger type chip conveyors on Y axis for easy chip removal.
