Nested based CNC router panel furniture production line ALC1325V is our newly-developed CNC router with combined function of panels loading and unloading for cabinet making, widely used in home decoration, shop and office furniture. It is equipped with Italy HSD Spindle and advanced Syntec control system, Japanese Yaskawa servo.
CNC Auto Load/Unload for Panel Machining Features:
1. Highly automated nesting solution with automatic loading and unloading system. The complete work cycle of loading, nesting, drilling and unloading is carried out automatically, which results in maximum productivity without down time.
2. World's first class components--Italian high-frequency electro spindle, Taiwan Syntec control system, Japan Yaskawa servo system, helical rack and pinion drives, Taiwan Hiwin self-lubricating and dust-proof square linear guides, etc.
3. Truly versatile--nesting, routering engraving all in one. It is well-suited for panel furniture, office furniture, cabinets production.
