How to configure the suitable oil purification equipment in the cement production line?

According to different types of oil quality, the new dry cement production line should generally be equipped with three types of oil purification machines to complete the filtering needs of different oil’s quality. The principles are as follows;
1.Transformer Oil Purification
Because the transformer oil is used as the cooling and heat dissipation medium of the transformer core, it must be purified regularly to remove harmful gases, moisture, impurities, etc. generated during long-term operation of the transformer in the oil. According to the requirements for safe operation of transformers, this oil purifier machine cannot be mixed with other lubricating oil’s plant and it must be used exclusively for transformer processing.
2.High Viscosity Mechanical Oil Purifier Process
Ball mills, vertical mills and other industrial equipment using high viscosity heavy and medium gear oils used in cement production are generally 220#, 360#, 480#, or 680# due to the high viscosity of the oil
