More Optical for Taiwan Mold Tool

Established in 1978, Taiwan Mold Tool is going to have one more joint-venture factory in Taiwan, making it total eight factories soon.

With this new factory, Taiwan Mold Tool (TMT) is now further devoted itself to manufacturing molds of optical related parts. All imported from Japan or Italy, the advanced equipments include:

CNC milling M/Cs with tolerance 0.003mm, shape grinding M/Cs with tolerance 0.002mm, CNC wire cut and CNC lathe M/Cs with tolerance 0.002mm, high-precision EDM M/Cs with tolerance 0.002mm, super-high-speed milling M/Cs with tolerance 0.002mm, super-high-precision milling and grinding M/Cs with tolerance 0.001mm, super-high-precision ID/OD grinding M/Cs with concentric tolerance 0.001mm, lens injection molding machines.

Advanced measurement devices include: Digimicroscope, 3D CMM, concentricity measurement, and micro-precision measurement devices of UA3P, Taylsurf, Fujinon D-1.

Equipped with aspheric high precision machining equipments and measurement devices, Taiwan Mold Tool is capable of providing customers with perfect quality of non-center & non-lathe cutter mark for optical products.
