Applications of FEP, PTFE and PFA

FEP, PTFE and PFA are all corrosive resistant material which are often used as valves and pipe fittings lining material to keep the devices being corroded.
Features of FEP, PTFE and PFA:
Anti-corrosion, anti-adhesion properties, non-flammable , excellent electrical properties, excellent mechanical properties, seismic flexible, no problem of aging , anti- moisture and ultraviolet light , non-toxic , low friction coefficient
Applications of FEP, PTFE and PFA:
· Teflon PTFE: PTFE ( polytetrafluoroethylene ) non-stick coating can be used continuously at 260 ℃, the highest temperature 290-300 ℃, low coefficient of friction, good abrasion resistance and excellent chemical stability .
· Teflon FEP: FEP ( fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer ) nonstick coatings melt flow during baking to form a non-porous film with excellent chemical stability , excellent non-stick properties, the maximum temperature of 200 ℃
