Characteristics

 

WINBOX is an innovative soft-flow dyeing machine suitable for pre-treatment, dyeing, and after-treatment of fabric in rope form.
1.Normal reactive dyeing, ratio can be 1:3-4.5, water consumption is between 25-45 liters per kg fabric (from Light to dark color)
2.“Evenflow” makes the dyeing liquid also circulate in horizontal manner which increased about 300% circulation ratio.
3.Feeding and dosing are also carried by the “Evenflow” system to ensure consistence of dyeing liquid when contact fabric through the pressure modulating nozzle, That is most important for success dyeing to the sensitive fabric. Eg. Artificial cotton, viscose, Modal and bamboo fiber etc.
4.Minimized lifting height design ensures minimum tension of fabric during processing which ensures size stable of tension fabric eg. Lycra, Spandex. Etc.
5.Typical processing time can be 4.5hours per batch (with hot water tank), Almost applicable to all kinds fabric.
