1.Shell: Apply 250#casting iron and high precision production process
2.Gears and Shaft:
Apply 20CrMnTi material,processed by FMC flexible unit, and fired to be 15°~18° hardness, then carburized to be HRC58°~62°.
3.Bearing:
Apply HBR bearing or bearing of the same precision.
4.Lubricant:
Apply SHELL S2G 220#lubricant, leakage free and 1-3year maintenance free.
5.Oil seal:
Apply CTY oil seal or similar product, which is durable, anti-abrasion and anti-heat.
6.Terminal box
Apply IP55 alumina alloy terminal box,dust proof.
