Characteristics

 

1. Automatic band-knife adjustment:
The front edge position of bandknife is monitored by a sensor and knife moves forward automatically to correct position as knife gets narrower while grinding.
2. Bandknife is continuously sharpened while splitting.
3. Motorized height adjustment of the upper and lower feeding roller to regulate layer thickness.
4. Vacuum dust collector for blade sharpener.
5. Splitting tolerance: +/-0.05mm or +/- 1% (depends on material) when starting with level material.
