Characteristics

 

1.“L” shape improves CMM's accuracy and repeatability. X beam has adopted the ultra rigid precise aero metal. This structure is the best solution to lighten main carriage's weight and improve main carriage's stability and rigidity, so can greatly improves CMM's performance.
2.X-axis and Z axis are used, and after finishing the surface of ultra-hard anodized aviation aluminum.
3.Y-axis with integrated guide groove precision granite.
4.Z-axis with patented adjustable aerodynamic balance of design, using flexible suspension system to avoid transmission of axial motion and the interference between the problem and improve measurement accuracy and long-term stability of the machine
5.Adopt the motion axis DC servo drive and enhanced belt to ensure smooth movement and accurate positioning.
6.Axis air bearings are used pre-load, exercise more stable, rail and never subject to wear.
7.Axis are imported from Europe with high-precision grating, and the system resolution up to 0.078um; the same time using one end fixed, one end of the free installation of telescopic manner, reducing the grating deformation, ensuring the temperature change in the linear expansion.
8.Measuring machines are equipped with temperature sensor axis, real-time monitoring the temperature changes, automatically. compensate for errors caused by temperature changes.
