● The machine us designed to trim the wire leads off PCB assembly after soldering process.
● The fast turning Tungsten Carbide Blade cuts PCB wire leads while PCB is fed to trails one by one manually.
● Safety sensor stops the machine while acrylic cover is open.
KA-66 Automatic PCB Lead Cutter
● Best Selection for effective production after PCB is soldered.
● KA-66 is designed to trim the extra long leads automatically and efficiently on the PCB that components are inserted and soldered.
● A pair of conveyor chains in KA-66 clamps and delivers the PCB to trim lead wire by high-speed turning blade.
● PCB Warp prevention device is equipped to ensure no damage and equal cut on boards.
● Linking conveyors are expandable. KA-66 can work independently. Optionally, KA-66 can connect with wave solding machines by inlet and outlet conveyors for automatic through production line.

KA-22 Automatic Twin Blades PCB Lead Cutter
● Duble blades design to trim the extra long leads automatically and with additional brushing system. The effective cutting area up to 420mm.
● The PCB residues after solding and leads adhere on the boards after trimming can be easily removed by the equipped brush system.
● Equipped with adjustable warp correction device in which correct the warp condition of PCB before soldering process.
● The inlet and oulet bridge conveyors are optional selectable which flexible for connecting the wave soldering machine and conveyor line.
● The Tungsten Carbide Blade is excluded in the machine.
