Characteristics

1.The ZS series is our represetative series with a history of more than 10 years since development and completion form 1995 until now, which is also the first Taiwanese-made Vision precision tools & measuring microscope. From component disign, material variation, process innovation, ungrading of image signal,pursuit of better lighting.Even the research and development of measuring software launched in 2004 for our clients requirements.User-friendly measuring software with complete funciton and simple operation has been developed and more importantly.
2.Since 1995, ZS uses granite as the base and the granite main shaft with steel Z axis is further developed. But we still find that the characteristics of granite have not been grought out completely; thus the Z axis of granite is further developed(i.e. secure the linear beaing above the granite with high precision) to achieve the complete features of granite.
3.A historical challenge was planned in 2004 - the X-Y stage made with granite(not granite powder pressing). Since it is not easy to process with granite, we experienced a lot of failures.Under the efforts of entire all the staff, the first prototype was completed in 2005;it was introduced ata the World TRade Exhibition Center in March (TIMTOS) of the same year and attracted the attention of many foreign instrument manufactureres.
3.The image display system is equipped with a CCD CAMERA with ultra high resolution of 410,000 pixels. The linear scale adopts the optical ruler from Renishaw（ 0.4um）, the measured dimensions measured are very accurate.
4.The transmission of X/Y asis is operated manually, with the thread-less screw and quick release, the overall transmission is smoother.
5.The American NAVITAR lens has 0.7-4.5X zoom with an amplification rate of 20-150x.
