These CNC Milling Machines are designed especially for Small batch Maching, Mould making, Toolrooms, R & D Workshops and Maintanence facilities. Operation & Program input are greatly simplified through the advanced use of graphics.
Features:
1.Extremely Rigid Cast Construction
** The main castings including the bed, column, saddle and table are constructed from high quality Meehanite castings.
** The casting is calculated by computerized limited ultimate analysis, combined with reasonable structure strength and reinforced ribs to provide high rigidness.
** The X,Y and Z axes employ linear guider with the feature of high rigidness, low noise, low friction so that axes can be moved quickly.
** The structure of inner spindle head is intensified by ribs. The rate of contactt length for spindle head and column is adequate to provide a secure support in spindle.
2.High Precision Feed Device
** The X,Y and Z axis employ high precision ballscrews, coupled with a double nut design for precise traversing.
** Direct Motor Drive in all three axes.
** The surface accuracy is precisely inspected by laser calibration.
** The accurate counter-balance weight ensures services life of ballscrews and maching accuracy.
