Specifications
An introduction with each of the machines for H.F. Induction Heating Machine:
(1)H.F. NC Automatic Shaft Hardening Machine: It is applied to the piston rod and shaft of rotor, and the hardening process is totally controlled by NC servo system.
(2)Vertical H.F. Hardening Machine: It is applied to gear, CAM, brake shoe and transmission rod, steering wheel and shaft of compressor’s rotor, and the hardening process is totally controlled by NC servo system.
(3)H.F. Epoxy Powder Coating Machine: It is applied to the isolating epoxy powder coating for the rotor of motor and the locking nut.
(4)Automatic H.F. Rotor Degreasing Machine: It’s applied to the degreasing of silicon steel plate for rotor.
(5)H.F. Stainless Steel Pan Silver Soldering Machine: It’s applied to the soldering for aluminum plate and stainless steel Pan.
(6)H.F. Steel Pipe Welding Machine: It’s applied to the welding of steel tube, a critical equipment among the whole production line of steel pipe.
