Rotary cooler is one of common used cooling machine in the production of compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, bio-fertilizer and controlled release fertilizer, which is used for cooling fertilizer at a certain temperature and size and compatible with rotary dryer. The cooler adopts the way of combing air current and material flow, accelerating air flow in the interior through the suction of induced drag fan. The materials are constantly throwing and landing through the lifter blade in cylinder wall so that the material is fully exposed in cold air, to achieve the purpose of cooling.

The fertilizer granules after granulation has high temperature, usually at 70 ~ 80 ℃. The material can be removed about three percentage points of water through the cooling process. In the ideal case, it can achieve cooling and drying purpose and further reduce water and temperature of the  fertilizer granules. In addition, it is suitable for cooling other powdery and granular material.
