Feed expanding machine is a kind of equipment which can improve the quality of feed through the action of high temperature, high pressure and mechanical shear force to make the feed material undergo physical and chemical changes, so as to improve the quality of feed.

The working principle is to send the feed with high water content into the puffing chamber, pressurized by the screw propeller, so that the feed under high temperature and high pressure environment undergoes a violent physical reaction, the internal moisture and oil and fat expansion, starch pasteurization, protein denaturation, thus releasing the nutrients to form easily digested and absorbed puffed particles.
