Brush Roller Washing Machine (Brush Cleaning Machine) has brush rollers arranged at intervals, forming a semi-enclosed cleaning tank. All the brush rollers in the washing machine rotate in the same direction. The taro and sweet potato washing machine can turn the materials while allowing for quick cleaning with spray water. It is suitable for washing and peeling elliptical fruits and vegetables, root vegetables, and root-based medicinal materials. It is mainly used for cleaning and peeling taro, sweet potatoes, potatoes, yams, radishes, peanuts, and other root vegetables. The brush rollers are processed with a special technique, and the machine uses manually planted bristles to avoid the problem of falling bristles from machine planting. It features high cleaning and peeling efficiency, large effective volume, water-saving, continuous washing capability, easy operation, long service life, durable materials, and good wear resistance.

Before pouring materials into the machine, the brush roller washing machine for taro and sweet potato must be turned on first to let the brush rollers start rotating, preventing excessive starting load from affecting the motor's lifespan. Open the spray water valve before adding materials for cleaning. After cleaning, open the discharge port to remove the materials. The taro and sweet potato washing machine, a large multifunctional brush roller washing machine for root vegetables, mainly consists of brush rollers, a sprocket and chain transmission system, spray water pipes, motor, frame box, and electrical control switches. The entire structure is compact and reasonably designed.

1. Before use, check whether the brush rollers rotate smoothly; if not, add lubricating oil to the bearings until rotation is smooth.
2. During use, avoid damage to the motor and power cord and prevent water ingress to avoid electric leakage. For safety, ensure proper grounding.
3. During operation, water amount can be adjusted according to the dirtiness of the raw materials.
4. Feed materials at a uniform speed only after the machine operates smoothly. Do not fill the machine with raw materials before starting the motor.
5. After washing raw materials for 4-5 minutes, open the discharge door to release the materials (automatic discharge is also an option).
6. After use, clean the brush rollers, stop the machine, shut off the water, and dry for future use.
