Characteristics
1. The principle of saw cutting under the wood makes the cutting process more steady and smoothly also safer for operating. 2. The arbor of saw blade and motor is the same arbor body, it makes the steady operating of the machine. 3. There are 8 sets upper press roller, the dense arrangement makes the track feeding steady to achieve accurate effect of processing. 4. The feeding track will insure the straight line of processing surface due to the multi layer of V type lover guide plate. 5. The micro-computer digital control oil feeding system which is developed by our company, can be adjusted the feeding interval second accurately to achieve the perfect oil feeding (digital display). The enclosed illuminate instrument can be used to inspect the bottom oil feeding of the track to avoid damage due to oil lacking extends the life of the machine. 6. To insure the life of the machine, the oil feeding instrument has been developed by our company, it equipped 5 holes of individual oil port, one port one oil tube to insure the oil will arrive at the appointed location. High pressure feeding to avoid blocking of the wood chip.
