Copper clad aluminum and copper clad aluminum flat wire can replace copper busbar and copper flat wire, has been widely used in switchboards, high, low voltage switchgear, busbar room, transformer winding wire, welding machines, transformers, HV power distribution, electric control boxes, cranes, sliding contact line, transposed conductor, combined wire, conductive anti-corrosion anode, high-frequency heating equipment, electrical and communications equipment, standby power, railway electric, battery charging equipment, combined battery connections and other fields.

• Good conductivity: Current capacity of copper clad aluminum busbar whose copper volume ratio is 15% and 20% is 85% and 90% of pure copper busbar respectively.
• Low weight: Density is only 37%-40% of pure copper busbar. In other words, CCA busbar length is 2.3-2.5 times of pure copper busbar in the same weight.
• Good mechanical property: There are good tensile strength，flexibility， extensibility and firm metallurgy bonding.
• Strong metallurgical bonding: between two different metals, can achieve a permanent metallurgical bonding between, and the copper layer (tin, zinc layer) has uniform distribution;
• Good extensity and productivity: It can be punched and sheared and bent. In order to prevent oxidation, tin or zinc can be plated on the surface of copper.

20% copper volume ratio of copper clad aluminum and copper clad aluminum rod can reduce more than 40% cost relative to the same specifications of copper busbar and copper rods.

15% copper volume ratio of copper clad aluminum flat wire and copper clad aluminum wire can reduce more than 60% cost relative to the same specifications copper flat wire and copper wire,
