Since 1986, we JUMBO STEEL is located in Taichung, Taiwan and specialized in all types of Plastic Extruder manufacturing.
In order to meet market demands, we made continuous efforts in transformation and innovation, and became the field's largest manufacturer of PP straw making machine, PET or PP strapping band making machine, and PVC heat shrinkable film making machine with international reputation
from more then 100 countries.
And we have the certificate of ISO9001 since year 2000, and most of machines with CE certificate by request.
We now successed in Line automation system from straw extruder, to auto bending machine, then going to straw packing machine connected by two of our own designed conveyor.
Straw extruder, JS 285S/3V speed: 1,000 pcs/min.
Straw bending machine, JS 168, speed: 1,000 pcs/min.
Individual Straw packing machine, JS 605, speed: 500 -800 pcs/min.
Group packing, JS 603, speed: 500- 1,000 pcs/min. (10 bag/min.)
Tetra pak straw packing machine, speed: 400- 500 pcs/min.
We have been demonstrating our high speed machine in K2007 and TaipeiPlast 2008.
One of the advantage of our machine is the flexibility that has been designed in. A good example of this is the die and cutting system, this can be modified easily to change production from a basic drinking straw to a ball-pen re-fill. The other products that can be manufacturered include lollypop stick and cotton buds.
For PET strapping band making machine, we now successed to feed the 100% recycling flakes from
PET bottles which can completely cost down in material.
