Features:
This a computer-controlled continuous cutting machine does not use a preheater, thus minimizing the effects on the materials used for overhead projector transparencies. The control system uses a digitalized servo motion controller, equipped with an industrial touch panel computer, to set the cutting speed, length and quantity precisely. There is also a slitting attachment which can be used for simultaneous slitting. The upper cutting blade is produced in-house using special steels for extra long life with an accuracy within 0.1 mm. The A model can load two rolls of material at the same time. In addition, an antistatic system prevent static build-up on the material during operation.
