FUNCTIONS
• Machine is ideal for making round and irregular shape tablets with high hardness, high
precision and high production.
• Applicable to food, medicine, chemical, magnets & electronic components.
FEATURES
• Electrical control digital display meter adjusted device is for adjustment in hardness,
thickness and weight of pastilles.
• With dual pressing wheel system: machine installs pre-pressing and main-pressing
wheels.
• The structures of two sets of pressing wheels are integrated casting to enhance the
precision of pastilles.
• Tableting area separates from rotary gear to reduce noise (it is a split-type).
•Large hopper and new three-phase feeding design for easy assembly and disassembly.
•Can use both optional fixed amount feeding device and forced feeding device to easily
assemble and disassemble.

Feature explanation:
Pre-& Main-pressures and weight adjustment
• Use humanity electronic digital meter to display precisely, push button & labor-saving
adjustment design.
• It is easy to control tablet production data and record QC efficiently.
• Can input the recorded datum to save the tableting time when the sizes of powder
granule are the same and under the same working condition.
• With the brake motor transmission and mechanism regulated device to increase the
stability of hardness of tablets efficiently.
Integrated double pressing system
• Double pressing wheels: two sets of pre-pressing wheels and main-pressing wheels, it is
applicable to special powders for producing pastille.
• Two sets of pressing wheel structures: integrated casting (non-pillar type) to reduce the
noise when tablets are made and also enhance the precision of tablets.
Split-type transmission mechanism
•Tableting area separates from rotary gear (it is a split-type); spindle drives the turret
directly that can reduce the noise.
• The spindle worm gear inside of gear oil box meshes with the copper alloy warm gear to
keep the noise down and extend the machine’s life.
Safety device of punches & dies
• The turret has hard chrome plated surface treatment.
• Each turret aperture has the same diameter size; it is applicable to round type and
special tablet forming punches.
• Upper punches install an oil-proof loop and lower punches install an oil seal to prevent
the tablets from the oil sludge pollution.
• Upper punches equip with the safety device to stop machine automatically when it is
stuck; lower punches have the protective cover with a safety sensor when changing the
punches.
Track device
• All tracks, which connect with upper and lower punches, are made of special steel.
• Installation of the auto oil filling device that the lower track can fill oil and lubricate
automatically for the smooth work of lower punches.
Feeding design
• With a large hopper and new three-phase-split type input design for easy assembly and
disassembly.
• Can use an optional forced feeding device which is driven by variable speed motor for
easy assembly and disassembly.
Easy operation & cleaning
• Machine exterior and interior tableting areas are clad by stainless steel#304 or have the
hard chrome treatment.
• User-friendly electrical control panel.
• Equip with the tablet counter, machine working timer and electrical appliance safety
device.
• All of panels, tracks and punches are easy to clean, assemble and disassemble.
• Meet PIC/S GMP standards.
