In order to insert wide mouth proforms into carriers precisely, star wheel mechanism is introduced.
The rotary type reheating zone with a small pitch can reheat preforms efficiently and the pitch is widen to 240mm at the blow station to blow 5 liter bottles at the maximum.
A new concept is put into the preform carrier to eliminate blowing load out of the blow mold and machine frame in blow molding. (Patent pending)
Capable to blow 5 gallon PET bottles at the maximum.
