Characteristics
Feature：
●Edge roller and pressure roller use the gear of big modulus to move in step, roller edge when operating, the work piece does not skid and really edge form.
●Distance between edge roller and pressure roller can to adjust the stroke 20mm. The hydraulic drives and can offer strength of 2300 kgs.
●Two activity rollers use the regular work piece position, can adjust the activity roller position according to the diameter of the work piece, do not need to make special mould.
●Top pressurize device can prevent the work piece from sticking up while operating, it is the hydraulic pressure to drive and can adjust the stroke 50mm. The pressurize cylinder position can be adjusted by manual.
●The machine structure is welded that it is the steel board, they all deal with through annealing and the milling machine is processed, operate steadily , is suitable for thicker ( above 1.6mm ) steel board operation.
●Pressure roller has two groups of limit switches that the distance of its movement is adjusted, can adjust the edge depth.
