Hot roller is the core component of nonwoven hot-rolled line, the roller body adopts 42Crmo, 38CrmoAl as base material, according to mechanical processing, quenching heat treatment, Nitriding process, Electroplating and grinding process etc process. Surface hardness can reach HRC60 above.

Heating Method:

Spiral liner heat in inner: play deep hole for forgings parts , and installation spiral liner or spraying tank on the inside, conduction oil flow directly (or spray) in the spiral space, in order to achieve the purpose of heating, temperature difference≤±1.5℃.
