FCD(KS-Ductile) Products. Tensile Strength＝500∼700 (N/mm2). Elongation＝5∼15％. Compressive Strength＝around 2.5 x Tensile Strength. Hardness＝28∼42 Hs. P.C.D＝200∼850mm；Axis Diameter＝40∼240mm；Applicable Bearing＝5008∼5048。 Excellence wear-resistance. The hardening depth of the sheave groove is able to reach to 2cm above, and its hardness is able to Hs 70 above. To be satisfied with customer requirements about the product with lighter weight, the minimum thickness of intact casting is able to reach to 2mm below. We not only provide the Standard Spec from the present products, but receive the customizing orders as well.
