Characteristics
THEORY： Inside the cone-shaped vessel, the main impeller mixes the powder into fluidized vortex and form lumps with the binder solution. And then the high speed chopper cuts the lumps into even granules by high speed action.
FUNCTION：
Mixing: powder and powder.
Granulation: powder and binder solution.
FEATURE：
� High uniformity. Ingredients with different proportion also can be uniformly mixed.
� A unique dumping system uses the method of pneumatic transmission which is user-friendly operation and clearance.
� High mixing performance even two ingredients with different percentage can be mixed equally.
� The short mixing granulation is about 5-10 min/batch to complete process.
� The cover of tank is design by AIR pressure system with airtight performance.
� All design and manufacture are qualified by cGMP standard and FDA requirement.
