Characteristics
The plunger pump PM500 series is the capacity measurement type of fixed volume fluid dispensing pump. It is designed to dispense low viscosity materials with viscosity as low as water to high viscosity materials such as grease. This pump is an extremely high precision measurement pump that can dispense precise deposits of liquid and achieve continuous, accurate dispensing without being affected by the temperature or fluid viscosity due to its capacity measurement function. The parts which come into contact with liquids are made of stainless steel and Teflon. Therefore, it can be used for a variety of liquids. The dispensing volume can set and adjusted by the micrometer easily. Since the plunger pump is light and compact, it can be integrated into an automatic machine or used with multiple connections easily. Additionally, it has excellent durability and easy to maintain.
