Characteristics
The production line adopts cast film process, to heat and extruder LDPE, LLDPE, PP or EVA and other materials onto geotextile and nonwoven fabric. The composite sheet is conveyed to the winder station through calender rollers, haul-off and edge trim and cross cutter.
Specifications
The machine can be manufactured according to customer’s requirement. It can be designed into computer automatic control, with vector frequency converter, PLC integrated control, human friendly interface and touch screen displayer.
After coating, the geotextile is upgraded with excellent waterproof property and strong tension strength.The composite sheet is commonly used in high way, railway, tunnel, subway and water convervancy projects.
Usage：widely use for producing all kinds of nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, and geotextile, monolayer and multilayer lamination.
