Specifications
Tempering tank IB is developed for collecting and stirring of chocolate masses and also for keeping the specified temperature of the product.
Tempering tank is equipped with water jacket and pump for water circulation, PID-sensors for water temperature control in water jacket, electro-magnetic valve and automatic devices to keep the specified temperature of the stirring product.
Tank loading is executed by pump or manually.
