Characteristics
◎Feature of system:
a.) This system doesn’t cause continuous waste water discharging; it’s able to save 70% waste water processing cost.
b.)This system doesn’t use boiler; it’s able to save additional equipment investing costs and reducing energy resources costs.
◎ Particularities: The Rotary & Fixed Blades are made of special carbide-tungsten steel. The available lifetime of Blades of Crusher is approx. 60 working days (based on normal operation by 8 working hrs daily) and then the all blades are reusable after re-sharpened. The blades can totally be re-sharpened 3 times. It’s able to maintain stable processing capacity, after replacing or re-sharpening blades.
◎ Functions: Adopting electronic control feeding system and latest tech. to crush PET bottles with PP caps into 12~20 mm flakes at the primary step and then using centrifugal force to air-separate bottle labels, greasy dirt and other contamination. After air-separation, the separated PET & PP flakes will be transferred to be deodorized in a 60~70℃ constant temperature hot water trough, whose constant temperature is controlled by an auto-electronic heater. Furthermore, the all flakes will be transferred to the next normal-water atmospheric temperature trough to be classified PET from PP material by using different density of principle. It’s a leading and manpower frugal tech.
◎Total HP requirement: 100HP (75KW) = 380V 120A.
◎Processing Capacity (Input Quantity) : 300~500 kgs/hr.
◎Final particle size: 12~20 mm flakes, adjustable.
