Characteristics
1. This high efficient machine features anti-spark, anode overload protection, independent weld timer, power setting and counter for each operator station.
2. Double welding heads, works alternately and high cost-performance.
3. Pneumatic drive and pedal electric heating device for helping HF sealing process, the operators can stop the welding mould position whenver they want.
4. High frequency oscillation tube with vibrational box, more reliable and stable in output.
5. Adopt international standard industrial band, stable output frequency, tiny interference to external devices.
6. 0~10s adjustable welding time.
7. High precision temperature controlling system, range of the temperature is 0~200ºC adjustable
8. Max gap is 100mm between the upside welding mould and the table.
9. Max pressure can be up to 1000kg as required.
10. Great for plastic welding and embossing with trimming function.
