Our Double Planetary Dispersing Mixers(Patent No.: ZL200320122190.1) is a high-performance & all-purpose mixer which is able to combine the functions of reaction, mixing, smelting & dispersion together. It applies to the industries with the production process of liquid to liquid, solid to liquid, ointment to ointment, powder to ointment, proportion contrasted & low-high stickiness.
Equipment Characteristics:
1. With the mechanical seal respectively, alloy material, trapeziform silicone rubber seal used between the cover and vessel, the stuff can be operated in a vacuum condition.
2. The shaft can be heated up by electricity, steam, water and oil by constant motion. Temperature tolerance is less than ±1oC, reaction time is 1oC/5s under controlling by a paticular temperature sensor.
3. The intine of vessel is accurately machined by large-sized vertical lathe and polished automatic. The movable blades on the shaft will scrape off all leftover attaching the intine of the vessel when it is rotating.
4. The twist oars rotates itself when the vessel rotating. In this way, the stuff can be mixed adequately in a very short time. Furthermore, two dispersing units inside the vessel revolve themselives in high speed when vessel rotating, so that the stuff inside the vessel can be strongly cut, dispersed and mixed adequately. The mixing efforts are seaveral times than a common mixer.
5. The revolving speed can be adjusted according to different procedure and stickiness under controlled by the transducer. The velocity-measuring system can directly display the current revolving speed data of oars.
